2. No Agency Relationship Created by Using This Site

Using this Site, downloading resources, submitting a form, or sending a message does not create a broker–client, agent–client, fiduciary, or agency relationship.

Any agency relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by you and us (or as required under applicable state law).

IF WE ARE FOUND LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US THROUGH THE SITE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
